As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, the first impression a subscriber gets of your account is crucial to whether they will stay and spend or not.

Treating a subscriber like a customer by asking them to pay immediately is the worst thing one can do. It’s true, they are there to spend, otherwise they wouldn’t be on OF, right? But reminding them of that fact ruins the whole experience for them.

One thing to remember is that OF is NOT a marketplace for explicit pictures & videos. There are a lot of free sites on the internet for that.

Why OF as a business model works is because it provides an experience, a fantasy for subscribers. It mimics a real-life connection. That is what subscribers are willing to pay for.

If let’s say you have big breasts, and this is your main asset (meaning your subs are mainly drawn to that) and you go on and have other creators out there with even bigger breasts: What will naturally happen is that your subs will go & check out those creators, start talking to them and think “I actually like this girl, she’s nice & she has even bigger breasts. I’m going to spend my money on her.”

There’s a common misconception, especially for those with a paid page, that you need to post nudes on your main feed because subscribers are paying a fee.

In reality, what subscribers are paying for is the opportunity to talk to you.

I’ve often talked about the importance of having a content strategy and therefore different types of content. Nudes are your most explicit content and therefore your most valuable.

The problem here is when you already have nudes on your feed, what exactly are you planning to sell in the DMs?

You don’t want to put all that effort into creating PPVs only to be told by subscibers that they won’t buy because they have already seen you naked.

I often get asked by content creators if I could o

I often get asked by content creators if I could only do promotion or account management. And my answer is…unfortunately not 🥺

Let me explain why: In order to fully maximize revenue, every single aspect of your online presence needs to be considered - from the moment a user stumbles upon your content to the point he becomes a subscriber and auto-renews his subscription.

Like yes I could help you with promotion, but if you don’t have proper systems in place in order to effectively monetize your content (aka milk your subscribers) it’s not going to get be very effective.

I could also help you only with account management. But, without a custom content strategy and properly optimized socials and OnlyFans account, it’s going to be very tough to constantly get new subscribers in, let alone sell them content and retain them.

So, in order to increase conversions and generate high revenue in the long term, your WHOLE FUNNEL needs to be optimized.

(A funnel is basically the journey a subscriber takes, starting from being a user on the internet to becoming a paying subscriber.)

Even small, seemingly insignificant details can make a huge difference on your OnlyFans statements.
